Energy Leadership™
What is Energy Leadership™?
American Heritage Dictionary defines a manager as someone
who controls. Today’s leaders must be participatory and flexible,
yet powerful enough to inspire others. Energy Leadership is the process
that develops a personally effective style of leadership that positively
influences and changes not only yourself, but also those with whom you
work and interact, as well as your organization as a whole.
What will it take to shift the pressure and negativity that surround
not only corporations but also our personal lives and our communities?
What will help employees, families, and communities to be productive with
a positive view of both their organizations and their fellow workers?
A powerful leader must be skilled, highly sophisticated, and versatile,
as well as understand the power of energy.
Who are leaders? We all lead. Great leaders determine whether or not
their children do their homework and how well they do it, negotiate buying
a car, develop quality relationships, and inspire themselves and others
to create powerful, productive, and purposeful lives.
What is the Energy Leadership Index?
The Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) is an attitudinal assessment based
the energy/action module. This is not a personality based assessment such
as the Myers Briggs or the D.I.S.C. The E.L.I. does not label a person.
Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, perception,
and perspective. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered.
By working with a coach using the E.L.I, you can alter your attitude
and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness, and increase your
energy toward optimal functioning results.
What is the Energy Leadership Development System?
The Energy Leadership Development System consists of coaching modules
that train participants to raise their levels of energy, overcome fear-based
energy blocks, and reach potential in areas of managing others, productive
work, and family environments. This system develops interpersonal effectiveness,
and understanding of self and others.
Participants learn how to choose from seven perspectives of themselves,
others, or situations in order to create real accomplishment.
